Mr. Machado is a partner who works out of both the Sacramento and San Francisco offices. He advises clients on creating comprehensive estate plans to address a variety of objectives, including wealth transfer, charitable giving, tax planning, and plans for incapacity. He also assists clients with trust administrations and probate, and advises both for-profit and non-profit businesses on corporate formation, governance and succession planning.

Mr. Machado was previously an associate with Watson and Lanctot LLP, our predecessor firm. Prior to that he practiced with Machado Law Office where he focused on estate planning and administration, corporate formation and governance, and real estate transactions and Gunderson Dettmer where he represented venture capital funds and emerging growth companies from an array of technology fields.
