Allison Pedrazzi

Ms. Pedrazzi is an associate at Watson & Machado who works out of the Sacramento office. She advises clients in all aspects of estate planning, trust and probate administration, and related real estate, tax and business succession issues. She draws on a breadth of experience to work with families and individuals in evaluating their goals and options before crafting detailed and personalized plans.

In her years of practice in corporate and real estate law, Ms. Pedrazzi gained extensive experience working with complex business structures in a wide variety of industries, which she brings to her work in succession planning and generational wealth transfer.

Prior to joining Watson & Machado, Ms. Pedrazzi was an estate planning attorney with Weintraub Tobin law corporation. Prior to that she worked in corporate law at VLP Law Group and Goodwin Procter LLP, where she represented a wide variety of private companies in both large transactions and their daily corporate legal needs.
