Susan Baker

Ms. Baker an an associate at Watson & Machado who works out of the Menlo Park office. She drafts new estate plans and updates existing ones for clients based on their individual needs and situations. She also assists clients with all aspects of estate administration. In addition, Ms. Baker has extensive experience drafting premarital and postmartial agreements for clients.

Immediately prior to joining Watson & Machado, Ms. Baker worked as a family law attorney with Laughlin Legal, PC in San Mateo.  Throughout her legal career, she has practiced in numerous different areas of law and brings a wide wealth of legal experience to Watson & Machado.  After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Lucy McCabe and William Cahill at the San Francisco Superior Court, Law and Motion Department.
